Intermediate under 18 –Eligibility cutoff date to participate in Sakshi Arenaone-Youth fest : born between 1998 – 2000.
Intermediate Students should carry any of the below required documents during the Competitions to the Organizers.

  • SSC Memo Original.
  • College ID Card.
  • Admit card given by TSIPE.

Degree Students should carry any of the below required documents during the Competitions to the Organizers.

  • SSC Memo Original
  • College ID Card
  • Gap Certificate
  • Bonafide Certificate
  • Admit card given by respective University.
Eligibility Rules
Only bonafide, full time regular student, who is enrolled for Intermediate, Degree or Post graduate or Diploma course which is of a minimum duration of one academic year and whose examination is conducted by the University or college subsequent to passing the 12th class examination.

  • Students of open Universities shall be considered to be bonafide students and shall be eligible to participate provided they fulfill the other conditions. However students enrolled in correspondence courses in Institute / Centers of Universities, casual students, external students and students pursuing bridge course shall not be eligible.
  • All students shall fulfill the following conditions for participating in the Arena one competitions. Only students who are less than 25 years of age as on 1st July of the academic year 2016-2017 in which the activity is held can participate.
  • A working student employed on full time basis shall not be eligible to participate.
  • A student shall not be allowed to represent more than one University/college during a single academic year.
  • Provisional admission to a course of a University or College shall not make the student eligible to represent the University in Arena one competitions.
  • In case of a student migrating from one University to another his / her migration case will be considered eligible only after his / her admission in the new University is regularized and he / she is admitted as a bonafide student by the new University.
  • For the purpose of computing years of eligibility one year means the academic year in which the cultural activity is held irrespective of whether the students result is declared or not. It will normally be extended from June / July of one year to 12 calendar months to the next year.
  • The restriction of participation in Arena one competitions to a period of one year more than the length / duration of academic course means that the students pursuing a three year degree programme (i.e, B.A., B. Sc., B.Com, etc) can participate for four years, while a student pursuing for four year programme (i.e., BE, B Tech, etc) can participate for five years
Disqualification for violation of Eligibility Rules Any disqualification of a participant on ground of ineligibility will result in the automatic removal of the contingent for that academic year. The contingent shall also be debarred from participating in the  Cultural activities to be held in the following years.
Strength of Contingent
There is no restriction on the number of participants to take part in the events of the Arena one.
Contingent In-charge
Participating University or college may send contingent In-charge, who will maintain a liaison with the organizers of Arena one. Lady contingent leader is essential for girl participants. 
Identity Card
Identity Cards with photographs signed by the appropriate authorities or college management of the respective University should be carried by the participants.
Travelling Expenses
The participants From University/college will have to bear the travelling expenses themselves.
No food/Refreshments shall be provided by the Organizers 
  • If the behaviour of any contingent or student is found contrary to the objectives of the event, the organizers may take suitable action against the concerned member(s) and the individual(s) / team be debarred from participation.
  • No official or any member from any University/College shall go to the press on any controversial issue. The consumption of liquor, smoking, eve teasing, influencing the adjudicators, indecent behaviour inside the campus and venue and at the place of Organizers’ Conducting Arena One Events is strictly prohibited. Those violating this clause shall be liable to disciplinary action which may be to the extent of legal action also.

Please note that:

  • A cultural Procession/March Past of participating Universities/colleges shall be organized on a designated day.
  • Participating Universities/colleges are also advised to come in thematic costumes for the purpose of reflecting the spirit of their college in the March Past ceremony.
  • Participating teams also required to bring flags/banners/placards of their respective Universities/colleges .
  • Participating Universities/colleges are informed that the use of fireworks/arms is strictly prohibited. 
  • Recorded music/audio cassettes are permitted during the Folk/Tribal dance and Classical dance.
